Our role is to provide a value added service to our clients, by saving tax in every way possible. In designing tax planning arrangements, domestically and/or internationally, we strive to create structures that are tax efficient. When we prepare tax returns or other tax filings, we look for ways to reduce a client’s tax where possible. In handling tax disputes, we represent our clients with a well reasoned and well researched defense of the issues involved, to preserve as much of our client’s money as possible.

Wide ranging and diverse would be good words to describe our client base. We consult to Canadian public companies and large multi-national private companies. Much of our practice is devoted to assisting foreign investors and foreign corporations with Canadian tax matters. We have a large number of high net worth families where we act as tax advisors, estate planners and sometimes confidantes. In addition to local business, we consult to over 300 public accountants.
